Refund policy

At the PKW Group we make returns simple easy and fair.  Here are our guidelines:
  • All Returns must be notified to us within 5 Days upon Receipt of Order. Send email to: info@thepkwgoup.com
  • Return Authorization Number is required prior to returning any merchandise.
  • We do not accept Partial Return on a Prepacked Assortment. All pieces within the Pack must be returned. Partial returns will not be accepted and will be treated as abandoned goods. 
  • All Returns are at Customer's Expense.
  • After the Receipt of Goods in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to your credit card or apply the credit towards your next order.
  • Restocking fees and shipping fees may apply

Damages:

If you receive a damaged item in your order please let us know about it right away so we can either send you a replacement or issue a credit. Please be specific about the damage and provide photos if possible. Email info@thepkwgroup.com
